Nice video. Like the way you rate the car (except for naming the 'stupid rotary knob' a feature I like) I ordered the MG ZS EV Luxury instead of the Tesla Model3 or Kia EV6. The price of the MG is (in the Netherlands) very competitive and I personally wouldn't spend 10 to 15 thousand Euro more for the Kia or Tesla. For me the price, panoramic roof, high seating position and space are the main pros.

What does it do when it's tracking is lost? Does it RTH or lands or hovers..

But the reflexed light moves as the sun moves.

Thanks for the post. Explained the reason that our second-hand 2017 Ioniq went epileptic on us with EXACTLY those symptoms. We'll get the 12-V battery changed and hope for the best. Lesson learned!

At 5:42 those fuses are R1C4 "interior lamp" and R4C8 "spare" my spare is always on @12v, but so the interior lamp should go off after the ignition goes off.

I've done this with parabolic mirrors before, you can get old satellite dishes for free and add a reflective surface, e.g. aluminum tape or mirror tiles. Cheap heliostat, also doubles as solar cooker, but concave mirrors are also a lot more dangerous.

Hyundai are absolutely useless at producing a reliable 12V system on their EVs. Even the latest expensive Ioniq 5 has 12V issues. That they cannot monitor the 12V battery CONSTANTLY using an insignificant low amount of power (easily achievable with modern electronics and high input impedance semiconductors) and automatically recharge the 12V battery FULLY when it falls below a minimum level, with all the power available in the traction battery beggars belief. I NEVER had issues with the 12V batteries in my Fossil cars, my Ioniq EV on the other hand has failed on me TWICE!

I had this exact same thing happen today and our 12v battery is relatively new. Apparently, it's quite common and Hyundai have no answers. We're not impressed.
